How long does delivery take?

We ship within 72 hours. Customized products will be shipped after production.

Delivery time: 7-15 business days

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

Packages within the US:

Orders under $99: $8 for standard shipping, $12 for expedited shipping
Orders over $99: FREE

We send packages outside the US by DHL in most cases and charge for shipping as follows:

Orders under $99: $30 shipping
Orders over $99: FREE

If it is taxed by customs, the tax is borne by the buyer.

We cannot deliver to the following areas:

3. Guam
4. Hawaii
5. Micronesia
6. Marshall Islands
7. Northern Mariana Islands
8. Palau
9. Puerto Rico
10. Rhode Islands

How will my delivery be shipped?

If you're in the US:

We choose between UPS, USPS, FedEx, and EMS depending on the location of the warehouse where the goods you purchase are stored.

If you're in other countries:

We use DHL in most cases. We will let you know by email if there is any special case.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
